Prompt System for All Actions

What is Prompt AI?

Prompt AI is the command or instruction you give to AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to get the desired result. The better the prompt — the better the result. This is the most important skill in the AI era.

In 2026, people who know how to write prompts will have a significant advantage in their work and business. It’s not that AI replaces you — but people who know how to use AI will replace those who don’t. This page summarizes the prompt system I use daily.

Why Do You Need a Prompt System?

Random prompts = random results. A prompt system helps you:

  • Save time: No need to think from scratch every time you use AI
  • Get consistent results: Same prompt = same quality output
  • Easily delegate: Share prompts with your team, everyone uses the same standard
  • Improve continuously: Save good prompts, refine them over time

Framework for Writing Prompts

RACEO Framework

This is the framework I use most often:

  • Role (role): “You are an SEO expert with 10 years of experience”
  • Action (action): “Write a 1500-word blog post on topic X”
  • Context (context): “The reader is a beginner, knows nothing about SEO”
  • Example (example): “Writing style like Neil Patel — easy to understand, with specific numbers”
  • Output (output): “HTML format, with H2, H3, bullet points, tables”

Complete RACEO Prompt Example

“You are an SEO expert with 10 years of experience. Write a 1500-word blog post on how to optimize content for AI search. The reader is a WordPress website owner who wants to update SEO for 2026. Practical style, with specific numbers from Google and McKinsey. Output in HTML format, with H2, H3, short paragraphs 2-3 sentences, ending with an FAQ section.”

  • Keyword research: “Analyze the keyword [keyword] on Google Suggest, PAA, and related searches. Suggest 10 topic clusters with estimated search volume.”
  • Content outline: “Create an outline for the article [topic] with: 1 H1, 5-7 H2, each H2 has 2-3 H3. Each section leads to sources from the top 3 competitors.”

  • API integration: “Write PHP code to connect to the Google Search Console API, retrieve the latest 30 days of data. Handle rate limiting and error handling.”
  • Database query: “Optimize this MySQL query: [query]. Add index if needed. Explain according to the execution plan.”
  • Code review: “Review this code: . Find bugs, security issues, performance problems. Fix the code according to best practices.”

Best Practices for Writing Prompts

  1. Clear: Describe in detail, without ambiguity. “Write an article about SEO” is much worse than “Write a 2000-word article about SEO for WordPress in 2026, targeting new users.”
  2. With examples: Show the AI the desired output. If you want a formatted table — provide an example table.
  3. Iterative: Write a prompt → view the output → refine → try again. A perfect prompt is achieved after 3-5 refinements.
  4. With enough context: The more context, the better. Target audience, tone, goals, constraints.
  5. Output format: Specify a specific format: HTML, Markdown, JSON, CSV, table.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long should a prompt be? Longer is usually better — because there’s more context. But don’t make it too long. 200-500 words are suitable for most tasks.

Which AI is the best? Claude is good for in-depth analysis and long writing. ChatGPT is good for creativity and diversity. Gemini is good for research and handling long documents. Perplexity is good for real-time research. Each AI has its strengths — learn to use all three.

How to get good at writing prompts? Practice every day. Record good prompts. Build your own prompt library. Learn from others’ prompts. Most importantly: understand what you want before writing a prompt.
